Our team has over 100 years of combined experience. We have a narrow and deep circle of competence which has allowed us to generate above benchmark returns. We are passionate about real estate and have an obsessive focus in our area of specialisation. Our deep relationships, generated over the years with potential buyers, investors, intermediaries, project managers and construction companies allows us to identify, add value to, and exit what we believe some of the best property deals in the market.

Track record

Since we were founded in 1991, we have managed five funds that generated a pooled IRR above private equity real estate benchmarks and no failed projects to date. As owner operators, we are as proud of our achievement of not having any failed projects to date as we are of our consistently high IRR’s, as capital preservation is at the heart of our investment philosophy.


Our status as a privately held, owner operated independent firm is critical to our ability to serve investor partner interests. We are focused on creating risk-adjusted wealth from our investments. We have an entrepreneurial culture, the courage to hold concentrated positions, minimise operating expenses,  limit total assets under management, focus on after tax returns, and find alternatives for the funds we manage if investment opportunities deteriorate markedly.
